These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services provided by NewZone Audio Ltd, operating as NewZone Audio. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you will provide an email address and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment: We offer recurring subscription plans for access to our premium features, including audio content generation for your video projects. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Refund Policy:

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws:

  • You have the right to cancel your initial purchase within 14 days of the subscription start date without giving any reason (cooling-off period).
  • If you have accessed or downloaded any digital content during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@newzoneaudio.com.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5. Use of the Service

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes.

Ownership of Generated Content: You retain full rights and ownership to any audio you generate using the Service. NewZone Audio makes no claim over your output.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any part of our Service.

User Responsibilities:

  • You acknowledge that any audio generated using the Service is your responsibility, and you are solely accountable for ensuring it is appropriate and lawful for your intended use.
  • You assume all responsibility for how the audio is used in your video projects, including compliance with applicable copyright, advertising, or broadcast laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of NewZone Audio Ltd or its licensors.

This does not apply to audio content generated by you using the Service — you retain all rights to your generated outputs.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service or its content (excluding your generated audio) without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and any content provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NewZone Audio Ltd disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated audio content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NewZone Audio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • In no event shall NewZone Audio Ltd's total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us for the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NewZone Audio Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or regulation or the rights of any third party.
